How to create a WCC Plan  family from Partner dashboard?

Go to partner dashboard

Click on Projects

Select the project or search through search bar.

go to plan setup

scroll down to WCC Credit

Select action if you want to add or subtract the added amount.

Enter the amount & click on add

Note: Please note that as and when you add the wcc credit, the deduction doesn't happen from Centralised balance at that very moment until and unless utilised by the business i.e. if they are not doing messages the Centralised balance won't be deleted. As & when the messages are delivered the deduction happens from the centralised balance which are charged by AiSensy to the Partner according to the country code of the user to whom the messages are sent.

All the WCC utilisation report can be fetched on the basis of Month and category against the project ID.
